The head of state expressed condolences to the Turkish leader in connection with the human casualties as a result of the terrorist attack on the building of the TUSAS aerospace corporation near Ankara.
"I received the news of the tragedy with deep sorrow. Kazakhstan strongly condemns this inhumane act directed against civilians. In this difficult hour, sharing the grief of irreparable loss with the families of the victims, I express my sincere condolences to you and to the entire Turkish people. I wish a speedy recovery to the victims," the telegram says.
A terrorist attack occurred on the territory of the Turkish aerospace company's facility - the TUSAS plant in Ankara.
Turkish media reports that eyewitnesses first heard an explosion at the gates of the enterprise, after which shooting occurred.
According to updated information, 5 people were killed in the terrorist attack, 22 were injured, 19 of whom remain in hospitals, 2 in serious condition.
