Tengrinews.kz - The eGov portal has warned Kazakhstanis of upcoming scheduled maintenance work, which will take place from midnight to 8:00 A.M. on April 26, according to the platform’s official Telegram channel.
"Dear users, we inform you of scheduled technical work aimed at ensuring the stable operation of the entire digital ecosystem of projects managed by JSC 'National Information Technologies'," the statement reads.
To avoid any inconvenience, users are advised to complete all necessary operations in advance and prepare physical copies of documents if they may be needed during the maintenance window.
"The eGov Mobile app can still be used in offline mode if it has been previously installed and an electronic digital signature (EDS) has been issued, along with any earlier accessed digital documents. To do this, simply switch your phone to airplane mode, open your digital documents in the app, and show the QR code at registration counters," the Telegram message said.
Earlier, it was announced that Kazakhstan will soon launch a new version of the e-government portal, eGov 3.0. Officials have promised that the upgraded platform will offer more stable and user-friendly performance.
