It turns out that the incident depicted in the video is unrelated to any offense. The scene with the "police officer" is staged and was filmed as part of a movie production.
"This video was shot as part of a feature film. All actions and stunts were performed by professional stunt performers. No one was harmed during the filming. To ensure safety during production, the filming process was coordinated with the Almaty police," said executive producer Aziz Vekimov.
