Kazakhstan Armed Forces are planning to enroll over 14 thousand people in autumn 2011, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Kazakhstan Defense Ministry’s press-service. “There is currently a good group of young people. Quality of the contingent has changed significantly. Education level of recruits has also improved. Over 14 thousand people have been called up in spring and the same number is expected this autumn,” Defense Ministry’s message states. The Ministry also told about increasing number of recruits with higher and high-school education. Besides, the total number of soldiers educated in military-technical schools is also increasing.
