British Yamile Aldama became the leader in triple jump by winning with the result of 14 meters and 82 centimeters in just two attempts. Cuban Mabel Gay became third (14 meters and 29 centimeters). Rypakova’s silver medal was the first Kazakhstan award in the World Championship. Kazakhstan national team shared the sixth place with Germany and Morocco in the general ranking of the tournament. The U.S. team was the leader of the rating with four medals (three gold medals and one bronze one.) The Championship finished on March 11.
