2013 Asian Bodybuilding and Fitness Championship was held in Almaty, Kazakhstan from May 31 to June 3, Vesti.kz reports. The event took place in the Baluan Sholak Palace of Culture and Sports. Athletes from 19 countries of the continent participated in the Asian Championships. It was a festival of body beauty and muscle power. 21 sets of medals were awarded at the event. Bodybuilders from Iran, Iraq and Bahrain won the titles at the contest.
