He is released from the position of Kazakhstan’s ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Russia,” the President’s website writes. He served as the Minister of Industry and Trade, Vice-Minister of Economy and Trade, President of Kazakhstan Engineering National Company. Bolat Nurgaliyev was born on July 25, 1951, in Blagodatnoye village of Akmola oblast. He served as the Secretary General of Shanghai Cooperation Organization, deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan. He used to be Kazakhstan’s ambassador to the U.S., Canada, Mexico, South Korea and Japan. Askhat Ryspayev used to head the department of organizational-mobilization work of Kazakhstan Defense Ministry. He graduated from the Military Academy of Kazakhstan Armed Forces. He has several state awards.
