A New Kazakhstan Vice-Minister of Agriculture has been appointed, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the press-service of Kazakhstan Agriculture Ministry. “Kazakhstan Minister of Agriculture Assylzhan Mamytbekov introduced the Ministry with a new Vice-Minister of Agriculture, Gulmira Issayeva. Earlier Gulmira Issayeva worked as managing director of KazAgroProduct,” the press-service writes. Gulmira Issayeva was born in 1969. She graduated from Semipalatinsk Technological Institute of Meat and Milk Industry in 1991 with a major in meat and meat products technology. She holds a PhD (2010) in agriculture. In 2001 to 2007 she used to work as senior professor and deputy dean of cattle breeding technologies school of Kazakh National Agrarian University. Later she worked as director of cattle breeding and meat processing department and commercial direction of Crown Central Asia until 2011. Issayeva became the third Kazakhstan Vice-Minister of Agriculture.
