Kazakhstan President Nursulan Nazarbayev has postponed his official visit to the Republic of South Africa, Tengrinews reports citing the official representative of the Central Communications Services Altai Abibulayev. "Due to changes in the schedule of the Kazakhstan President, the visit to RSA has been postponed to a later date," Abibulayev said at the briefing, replying to the journalists. It was expected that President Nursultan Nazarbayev would visit the South Africa on December 3-4. The opening of Kazakhstan embassies in the capital of the Republic of South Africa is also scheduled for the year end. South Africa is a news direction of cooperation for Kazakhstan. As the Minister of Foreign Affairs Yerlan Idrissov puts it, Africa has a great potential and is being closely watched by the world, and Kazakhstan doesn't want to lag behind the train.
