Tengrinews.kz – The solemn welcoming ceremony for the President of Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturyan, who arrived on an official visit to Kazakhstan, was held in Akorda.
The press service of the President of Kazakhstan released photos from the welcoming ceremony at Akorda.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Vahagn Khachaturyan introduced their respective official delegations to each other.
The head of the Honor Guard Company presented a formal greeting, and the national anthems of both countries were played.

Following the ceremony, the presidents proceeded to the negotiation hall.

It is worth noting that, at the invitation of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan is in Kazakhstan for an official visit. During the high-level talks, the leaders will discuss further strengthening of Kazakh-Armenian cooperation in the political, trade-economic, and cultural-humanitarian spheres.
Additionally, on October 14, President Tokayev held a phone conversation with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, where they discussed prospects for enhancing bilateral cooperation in trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian fields.
