Iren Vanidovskaya, organizer of the Second Annual Astana Action International Film Festival, told Tengrinews.kz about some habits of Hollywood celebrities arriving to Astana. Steven Seagal would not stay in a hotel room with temperature over 26 degrees Centigrade. His room has to have a pair of 8-kg grips. Michelle Rodriguez famous for acting in Lost and Avatar wants to have mints available for her all the time during her trip to Astana. Kazakh and Russian stars turned out to be less picky and did not make any special requests. The Second Annual Astana Action International Film Festival will be held on July 1-5. It is organized and presided over by a famous Kazakhstan-born movie-director Timur Bekmambetov. Hollywood celebrities to visit the Festival include Vice-President of Lionsgate Entertainment Corporation Lisa Elsey, legendary Armand Assante who played the main role in The Odissey, Michael Madsen who acted in Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill and Sin City, Michelle Rodriguez, and an outstanding action actor Steven Seagal. Russian celebrities arriving in Astana include Sergei Svetlakov, Gosha Kutsenko, Yevgeniy Stychkin, Olga Sutulova, Egor Konchalovsky, Yekaterina Strizhenova, Viktor Verzhbitsky, Nikolay Valuyev, Dmitry Nagiyev, Nataliya Guslistaya, Renat Davletyarov. A Russian actor Marat Basharov will host the opening ceremony. Kazakhstan actors will be represented by Doskhan Zholzhaksynov, Venera Nigmatulina, Erik Zholzhaksynov, Farkhat Abdraimov, Assel Sagatova, Amir Karakulov, Karlygash Mukhametzhanova, Akhan Satayev, Igor Vovnyanko, Ardak Amirkulov, Asanali Ashimov.
