The number of policewomen will reach 30 percent in Kazakhstan by 2020. The numbers may seem fantastic, as there are around 3 thousand women among prosecutors now. But if there is a political will this will come to being. I think that men will squeeze up a little bit,” he said. According to Assanov, the law-enforcement system will benefit from the new regulation. The official agreed with the statement of Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev that women were more responsible and less corrupted.
