Tengrinews.kz - Minister of Trade and Integration Arman Shakkaliyev named the condition under which Kazakhstanis can switch to a new work schedule due to the change of time zone.
He cited the East Kazakhstan region as an example.
"During the discussions in the regions, the deputies of the maslikhats supported the initiative to optimize working hours by adjusting work schedules. To date, in a number of districts of the East Kazakhstan region, the adjustment of the work schedule from 8 AM to 5:30 PM has been successfully carried out, which has received a positive assessment from residents," Shakkaliyev said at a government meeting.

"If necessary, this experience will be applied in other regions by local executive bodies," the minister added.
