742 applications for employment have been received from former employees of Ozenmunaigas, Tengrinews.kz reports citing citing the official website of Kazakhstan Prime-Minister Karim Massimov.
“742 applications have been submitted by the fired Ozenmunaigas employees wishing to get a job in the new Department of Drilling Works,” Mangistau oblast press-service writes.
Besides, 267 applications have been received from the former workers of Karazhanbasmunai. The total number of employment applications is 1,009.
Earlier Tengrinews.kz English reported that people legally fired from Ozenmunaigas, Karazhanbasmunai and its contractors ArgymakTransService and TulparMunaiService were offered jobs in major companies around Kazakhstan, mainly in mining and oil and gas sectors, or in service companies.
