Kazakhstan wins Asian Championship in water polo

The men's national water polo team of Kazakhstan won the Asian Championship in Tokyo, Tengrinews.kz reports referring to the press service of the Federation of Water Sports in Kazakhstan. In the last game of the tournament the team beat the team from Kuwait with the score of 10:5. Before than the Kazakh team coached by Sergey Drozdov won over Chinese and Japanese teams and became the best on the Asian continent. It’s note-worthy that besides the tournament medals, Kazakh water polo players won the spot at the Olympics Games in London. Kazakh female national team became the silver winner letting the first prize go to the Chinese.
