February 15: Partly cloudy, with snow at night and mixed precipitation (rain and snow) during the day. Foggy at night and in the morning, with icy roads. East wind at 2-7 m/s. Temperatures will be -6 to -8°C at night and 0 to +2°C during the day.
Earlier, Kazhydromet meteorologists announced that unstable weather will persist across most of Kazakhstan in the coming days.
