- 2.5 thousand people worked without permits, including 60 illegal taxi drivers;
- 1240 foreigners have already been deported by court order, they are banned from entering Kazakhstan for five years.

Migration crimes
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 20 foreigners who were wanted have been detained. 2200 hosts have been brought to administrative responsibility for failure to notify foreigners of their arrival in a timely manner, with fines exceeding 12 million tenge. 500 employers have been fined 33 million tenge for illegally hiring foreigners. Five of them had previously violated the rules for employing migrants, and an investigation has been launched against them under Article 395 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Repeated Violation of the Rules for Attracting Foreign Labor".
In addition, 12 criminal cases have been opened for organizing illegal migration. Among the suspects is the commandant of a dormitory at a capital university, who, for a monetary reward, issued temporary residence permits to 56 migrants under the guise of students. In the Almaty region, a notary's assistant made forged powers of attorney for the fictitious registration of foreigners.
Chairman of the Committee of the Migration Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Aslan Atalykov reminded that migration services should be obtained in a legal manner.
"We call on foreign guests and our citizens to avoid so-called "helpers" who charge for dubious services. The state does not charge for notification of the stay of foreigners, registration of IIN, dactorial registration and temporary residence permit," he noted.
Earlier, migration service officers in Astana have identified 279 foreign nationals who violated Kazakhstan's migration laws.
