A parliamentary delegation from Kazakhstan is take part in the XXIII annual session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Baku, Tengrinews reports citing IA Novosti-Kazakhstan.
Two senators - Ikram Adyrbekov and Dulat Kustavletov - are among the delegates visiting the Azerbaijani capital for the session, which will last from 27 June until 2 July.
The press service of the Senate wrote: “The Parliamentary Assembly this year will be conducted under the slogan “Helsinki +40: Towards Human Security For All” in connection with the forthcoming anniversary of signing of the Helsinki Final Act.”

In 2015, OSCE will mark the 40 years anniversary since the signing of the agreement.
Leaders of Azerbaijani parliament, OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, OSCE officials and representatives of the parliamentary delegations of 57 OSCE participating States will present their speeches during the plenary Assembly.
"Kazakhstani parliamentarians will also participate in the meetings of the general committees for Political and Security Affairs, for Economic Affairs, Science, Technology and Environment, as well as for Democracy, Human Rights and Humanitarian Questions," the press service said.
Topics for debates include escalation of extremism, radicalism and xenophobia, as well as the situation in Ukraine.
Elections of the administrative board of the Assembly will be held. The outcomes of election observation missions and organizational matters of the Assembly will be discussed as well.
The Annual Session will end with adoption of the Baku Declaration.
