Bad weather was tagged the main cause for the plane crash near Kyzylotu village of Almaty oblast, Tengrinews.kz reports. The version of fuel deficiency is not being considered, head of Almaty oblast Emergency Situations Department Sabit Bitayev have said at the briefing. It was announced in a briefing on January 29 that 21 people died in the crash. The bodies were delivered to Kalkaman morgue. There are 1,007 people and over 100 vehicles working at the accident site. On January 29 a Bombardier airplane owned by Scat airline crashed during landing 7km from Almaty airport. According to the prosecutors, the plane was performing a Kokshetau-Almaty flight. The accident claimed lives of 5 crew members and 16 passengers, including a 2-y.o. child.
