Kazakhstan’s boxer Issa Akberbayev will fight against American’s Anthony Ferrante in his next professional bout, Vesti.kz reports. The 29-y.o. Kazakhstan cruiserweight boxer, who won 10 matches out of 10 and 7 of them by knock outs, will fight against 28-y.o. Ferrante, who took part in 12 professional bouts and lost 4 of them. The bout between Akberbayev and Ferrante will be held on January 19 at Madison Square Garden in New York and will consist of 8 rounds. It will be held as an undercard match before the match between Kazakhstan’s Gennady Golovkin (24-0, 21 knock-outs) and American Gabriel Rosado (21-5, 13 knock-outs).
