Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev appointed Nurlan Yermekbayev ambassador to North Korea, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the President’s official website. “By a presidential decree, Kazakhstan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to China Nurlan Yermekbayev shall be appointed to combine the position of Kazakhstan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Democratic People’s Republic of Korea,” the website writes.
