An updated version of Kazakhstan President’s official website, www.akorda.kz is launch on July 25, 2012, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the President’s press-service. The website now includes both the President’s official website and a personal page of Nursultan Nazarbayev. “The updated website has a simple and user-friendly interface. The website uses modern multimedia technologies. In particular, it contains video-tours of Kazakhstan, Astana and Presidential Residence (Akorda), as well as videos of the key events participated by the President. The personal page has a collection of photographs, audios and videos, articles and books related to Kazakhstan’s First President. One can also find interviews of the President and documentaries about his activities,” the press-service writes. Besides, the website has versions for Androis and iOS. There is also a special version of the website for visually impaired users. The President’s press-service is also getting a Twitter-channel, twitter.com/AkordaPress. It will help it to quickly inform the community of significant events and decisions of the President.
