Mikhail Kukushkin dropped out of Australian Open

Kazakhstan tennis-player Mikhail Kukushkin finished his games in the Men's Singles of Australia Open, the tournament’s official website writes. In the fourth round Kukushkin played against Andy Murray (Great Britain). After two difficult 5-set games at the previous stages Kazakhstan player failed to restore his power and show his best playing against British sportsman. Kukushkiin lost first two sets 1:6 and refused to continue the game in the third set. Kukushkin was the last Kazakhstan sportsman playing in the Singles of Australian Open. In the Doubles Yaroslava Shvedova and American Vania King got into quarter-finals where they will play against Andrea Hlavackova/ Lucie Hradecka duo.
