Tengrinews.kz - During a meeting of the CIS heads of state in Moscow, Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev addressed the upcoming 80th anniversary of Victory Day in 2025.

In his speech, Tokaev emphasized the significance of the anniversary, stating that it unites all peoples of the Commonwealth, symbolizing the triumph of freedom and justice.

"We must always remember the unprecedented feats of our fathers and mothers, as well as all war veterans and those who worked on the home front," the President remarked.

Concluding his address, Tokaev expressed support for Tajikistan's presidency in the CIS in 2025 and the upcoming summit to be held in Dushanbe.
