Orman Nurbayev was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Turkmenistan and released from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Mongolia, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the President’s press-service. Besides, Kazakhstan Ambassador to Ukraine Zautbek Turisbekov was appointed to combine the position of Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Moldova. Kazakhstan Ambassador to Belgium Almaz Khamzayev was appointed to combine the position of Kazakhstan Ambassador to Luxemburg, as well as that of the head of Kazakhstan Representative Office in the European Union and the North-Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
