Kazakhstan’s Football Federation has introduced a new head coach to the national futsal team of Kazakhstan, Vesti.kz reports. The Federation has signed a one-year contract with 41-y.o. Brazilian coach Ricardo Camara Sobral (Cacau) until the end of this year. The Football Federation of Kazakhstan has tasked the new head coach with train the Kazakhstan national team for the 2014 UEFA Futsal Championship. The Kazakhstan team needs to become second in their group to participate in the Championship. Kazakhstan futsal players will play against Russian, Romanian and Latvian teams in the qualification round. Latvia will host this group’s matches. The tournament will kick off on March 27, 2013.
