Tengrinews.kz - A new function will appear in the eGov application in the near future, with the help of which Kazakhstanis will be able to check whether their personal data has been leaked.
According to the director of Web-Totem LLP Ruslan Turgeldinov, the new Nomad Guard service has already been integrated into eGov.
"When you log in via an electronic digital signature, the system uses your IIN, full name, and data from the mobile citizens database, including email. It is by this data that leaks are searched for. In case of detection, you will receive a notification from 1414, as well as through the eGov Mobile mobile application," Turgeldinov said at a briefing by the Central Communications Service.
As Ruslan Turgeldinov stated, the final stages of testing the new function are being completed today. In the coming days, the new function will appear in the application, and each citizen will be able to check whether their personal data has been leaked.
Earlier, we reported that access to the eGov portal and other government services will be restricted in Kazakhstan. According to National Information Technologies, scheduled technical maintenance will be carried out to ensure the stable operation of the entire digital ecosystem of supported projects.
