5 527 Kazakh citizens had voted in the polling stations in foreign countries by 4 p.m. Astana time, Tengrinews.kz reports referring to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan. This represents 44.2 percent of Kazakh voters who are registered to vote outside of Kazakhstan.
