Tengrinews.kz - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has sent a congratulatory telegram to the Emir of Qatar, according to the Akorda press service.
Tokayev extended his congratulations to Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and the people of Qatar on the occasion of the country's National Day.
