The Kazakh-French duo was defeated by the pair of Alla Kudryavtseva from Russia and Australia’s Anastasia Rodionova in two sets 3-6 and 1-6 in the finals. In the semifinals Voskoboeva and Mladenovic beat Mandy Minella from Luxembourg paired with Chanelle Scheepers from South Africa also in two sets 6-3 and 6-4. Galina Voskoboeva is Kazakhstan's highest rated professional tennis player among women.
