Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev has advised Kazakhstan citizens to do exercises and stay fit, Tengrinews.kz reports. “Here is my schedule: I wake up at 6:30 a.m. and spend one hour exercising. I finish the training with heavy fitness exercises. Maybe I don’t need that already, but I’m used to doing it. 45 minutes of aerobics, when the heartbeat reaches 110, then fitness, then I take a shower and I’m ready to go to work. Sunday is may day of rest. When you get used to it, you can’t live without it anymore,” the President said in Astana school No.64. The President advised girls to take dancing classes to be in good shake and stop slouching. “One has to be healthy to be successful. It is hard to enjoy anything if the health is not good,” Nazarbayev said. He recommended the students to read Tolstoy, Chekhov, Seneca, Balzac as their books teach relationships between people. “You should read, don’t waste your time in social networks. Social networks are merely a fashionable trend, this will pass. Hippies and hipsters used to be trendy, but things have changed,” the President said. By Altynai Zhumzhumina
