According to the Ministry for Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan, there were 67 people on board the plane, including 5 crew members.

It is reported that 150 personnel, 45 units of equipment from the Department of Emergency Situations, Non-governmental fire service, and Police Department are involved in the liquidation of the emergency.
