CEC accredits first party of international observers

February 26, 2011 the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Kazakhstan accredited the first party of international observers to monitor the forthcoming presidential elections, a Tengrinews.kz journalist reports. Certificates have been issued for 7 observers representing France and 2 representatives of the International Republican Institute. The presidential election in Kazakhstan has been scheduled for April 3, 2011.
