Tengrinews.kz – American rapper Sean Combs was indicted on a new charges, according to Page Six.

P.Diddy is accused of drugging and raping a 10-year-old boy during an audition in 2005. According to court documents, the accuser, who is referred to as John Doe, claims he flew to New York with his parents to audition for the rapper when the incident allegedly occurred.

In the filing, the plaintiff claims he met P. Diddy at a hotel near Madison Square Garden. He noted that he performed a few songs for Combs, who allegedly told him he could turn him into a star. The 54-year-old producer then allegedly asked the child how badly he wanted to be famous, to which the accuser told him he would do "anything".

The name John Doe is used in English-speaking countries to refer to a person whose real name is unknown or kept secret. In court and medical documents, the names 'John Doe' (for men) and 'Jane Doe' (for women) are used as pseudonyms for unidentified or anonymous people.

The tradition of using these names dates back to English legal practice and was introduced as early as the 16th century, when such names were used in court cases as examples to describe non-existent parties to a dispute.

Then someone on his team gave the child a soda, which caused him to feel 'a little weird' after drinking it. The plaintiff claims the soda may have been laced with GHB or ecstasy.

"Sometimes you have to do things you don't want to do," Combs allegedly told the prosecutor.

He then allegedly forced the child to perform oral sex. The plaintiff then allegedly lost consciousness and claims that when he woke up, his pants were unzipped and he thought he had been sexually assaulted.

The accuser claims he felt groggy and was crying for his parents, which led Combs to allegedly tell the child he would hurt his mom and dad if he ever told them what happened. The alleged victim said in a statement that he told his parents what happened, but they were afraid to report the alleged assault to the police for fear of retaliation.

Combs’ representatives have vehemently denied the allegations.

"The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number. As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false," the lawyers said in a statement.

They added that Combs is confident in the integrity of the trial.

"Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor."

Earlier, P. Diddy's children released a joint statement.
