Nikolay Logutov, Member of Kazakhstan's Majilis (Lower Chamber of the Parliament), commented the incident at the concert that ended in rampaging around Prime Plaza in Almaty quite emotionally calling it are “clear cut hooliganism”.
90 people were injured in the clashes and 165 were arrested the same day.
The investigators found that three 18-year-olds and three minors provoked to fighting and instigated the crowd.
