Nazarbayev and Renzi stuck in elevator at Business Forum in Milan

President Nursultan Nazarbayev and Prime Minister of Italy Matteo Renzi have got stuck in an elevator during the Kazakh-Italian Business Forum in Milan, Tengrinews reports citing La Stampa.


President Nursultan Nazarbayev and Prime Minister of Italy Matteo Renzi have got stuck in an elevator during the Kazakh-Italian Business Forum in Milan, Tengrinews reports citing La Stampa.

The President of Kazakhstan and the Italian Prime Minister had to wait in the elevator for several minutes while firefighters used a hatchet to rescue Nazarbayev and Renzi from the elevator. 

The elevator incident did not interrupt the successful flow of the forum. President of Kazakhstan took part in the Kazakh-Italian Business Forum in Milan where over 20 documents totally worth $500 million were signed in agriculture machinery production, food, textile, oil, construction and mechanical engineering.
