Kazakhstan wrestlers win eight medals in Belarus

The national wrestling team of Kazakhstan has won eight medals at the International Championship in Minsk, Belarus, Tengrinews reports citing Vesti.kz. The 44th International Grand Prix Tournament in Free Style and Feminine Wrestling for the famous Soviet/Belarussian wrestler Alexandre Medved's Prizes was held on March 1-2 in Minsk. Kazakhstan wrestlers won five medals on the first day of the championship. Tatyana Amanzhol gained victory in the final fight of -48kg weight category against Russian Alina Moreva and became the Grand-Prix winner. Berdakh Primbayev (-57kg) and Elmira Syzdykova (-69kg) won silver medals. And two bronzes were earned by Zhiger Zakirova (-74kg) and Amandyk Bakeyev (-65kg). On the second day Kazakh wrestler Aizhan Ismagulova won silver in the -58kg weight category and Meruert Dynbayeva earned bronze in the same category. The team's leader Gyuzel Manyurova, the prize winner of the Athens and London Olympics brought another silver medal to Kazakhstan national team competing in the -75kg weight category.
