On July 16 Kazakhstan national team won the third gold at the Univarsiade in Kazan. Its women's air rifle shooting national team that consists of Olessya Shegirevich, Yuliya Morozova and Aleksandra Malinovskaya raised to the highest step of the podium, the tournament’s official website says. Earlier, weightlifter Farkhad Kharki and athlete Margarita Mukasheva (women's 800m) brought gold medals to the Kazakhstan national team. After the new victory Kazakhstan held the 18th place in the general ranking on the penultimate day of the tournament with a total of 30 medals: 3 gold, 11 silver and 16 bronze. The Summer Universiade was held in the capital of Tatarstan, Russia on July 6-17.
