Talgat Kazangap Talgat Kazangap

A new Chairman of the Committee for Communication, IT Penetration and Information has been appointed in Kazakhstan, Tengrinews reports.

Former Deputy Chairman of the Committee Talgat Kazangap got the appointment. He replaced Saken Sarsenov who was appointed Vice Minister of Investments and Development.

The Committee for Communication, IT Penetration and Information is part of Kazakhstan's Ministry of Investments and Development.

Talgat Kazangap was introduced to the Committee members by Minister Asset Issekeshev.

Talgat Kazangap has been with the Committee since October 2014. Before that he was a senior expert at the Department of Finance and Legal Support of the Kazakhstan's IT Penetration and Communication Agency. Kazangap also used to be a deputy director of a department at the Ministry of Communication and Information of Kazakhstan.
