Nazarbayev takes part in Davos World Economic Forum

Nursulatn Nazarbayev, President of Kazakhstan, is take part in the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland, official website of Akorda. The forum is held at the mountain resort in Graubunden, in the eastern Alps region of Switzerland on January 22-25 this year. Nursultan Nazarbayev has already arrived in Switzerland for the forum. He is planning to have a number of bilateral meetings during the visit. Besides, the Kazakhstan leader was invited to the official dinner on behalf of Klaus Schwab, Executive Chairman of WEF. The dinner is dedicated to the opening of the international forum. Heads of States, Heads of Governments and top managers of leading international companies will attend the dinner. The World Economic Forum (WEF) is a Swiss non-profit foundation, based in Cologny, Geneva. It describes itself as an independent international organization committed to improving the state of the world by engaging business, political, academic and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas. The Forum is best known for its annual meeting in Davos. The meeting brings together some 2,500 top business leaders, international political leaders, selected intellectuals and journalists to discuss the most pressing issues facing the world, including health and the environment.
