Kazakhstan President’s press-service pledged to become more efficient, Tengrinews.kz reports. “President’s official website and Twitter-account are considered equally valid and the only official sources of information about activities of the President and the Presidential Administration,” the President’s press-service writes. Besides, the press-service called all information agencies, newswires, printed and internet media to use the President’s official website and the press-service's Twitter-account as the only reliable and official source of information, not forgetting to refer to them. “Considering that both the President’s press-service and the media are interested in distributing timely and reliable information about decisions and events with participation of the President, we believe that our mutual cooperation will have a positive effect on improvement of the quality information activities,” the President’s press-service adds. According to the press-service, the information will first appear in the Twitter-account and then its full version will be published on the official website. Besides, the press-service promises that the President’s press-secretary will regularly comment the situation in Akorda (Kazakhstan President’s residence) starting in the nearest future.
