Tokayev has arrived at the forum in Turkmenistan

Tengrinews.kz - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has arrived at the forum "Interconnection of Times and Civilizations – the Basis of Peace and Development" in Turkmenistan.

The international forum is being held at the building of the Commerce and Industry Chamber of Turkmenistan in Ashgabat.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev was welcomed by the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

On October 10, the President of Kazakhstan arrived in Ashgabat on an official visit. At the airport, he was greeted by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

Note that during the ceremony, Tokayev expressed his gratitude to Berdimuhamedov and the Turkmen people for awarding him the jubilee medal 'In Commemoration of the 300th Anniversary of Makhtumkuli Fraghi'.

Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan have signed 20 key agreements.
