Malaysia to build a hotel in Astana

Malaysia is to build a hotel in Astana. This was announced by Malaysia’s Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak following his talks with President Nazarbayev in Akorda, President’s Palace in Astana, today, Tengrinews.kz reports. “At the request of President Nazarbayev, Malaysia will be constructing some remarkable building in Astana. A Malaysia-style hotel. It will be our contribution to the development of Astana. A contribution to the bilateral friendly relationship”, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak elaborated. Malaysia’s Prime Minister arrived in Kazakhstan June 5, he will be taking part in the the 7th World Islamic Economic Forum to be held in Astana June 7-9, 2011.
