Tengrinews.kz - Kazakhstan is expanding its air travel network with a new direct flight route to Vietnam, according to Ministry of Transport.
From June 4 of this year, Air Astana plans to open a new route to Vietnam in the direction of Almaty - Da Nang. Flights will be operated twice a week (on Wednesdays and Saturdays) on Airbus A321LR aircraft. Thus, the total number of flights between Kazakhstan and Vietnam will increase from 32 to 34 per week.
"The Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan is constantly working to expand the geography of flights and increase the number of flights on existing routes," the press service noted.
It is expected that the opening of air traffic will contribute to the further development of trade, economic, business and tourism cooperation between the two countries.
