Samruk Kazyna will submit a detailed plan by June 01,” posted Karim Massimov. As he explained in his blog, the consultants were selected under “quality features and commercial offers.” They are divided into five categories: International investment banks – Citi, UBS; Local investment bank – Visor Capital with KKB Securities; International Big-4 company - PricewaterhouseCoopers; Law company - Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton with GRATA; PR-company – Merlin.
