3.0-magnitude earthquake shook Almaty

A 5.0-magnitude earthquake in Kyrgyzstan was felt by Almaty residents, Tengrinews.kz reports citing deputy director of the Seismology Institute Anatoliy Li. According to the preliminary information the magnitude in Almaty made 3.0. According to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center, the earthquake was registered at 11:30 a.m. on November 28. The epicenter was 163km south-east of Almaty and 45km south-west of Kyzyl-suu (Kyrgyzstan). No casualties were reported.
