Management of RKCU-Uralsk billing company has obliged its controllers to wear electronic collars with GPS navigators, Express-K writes. Oblast representative of the International Bureau for Human Rights and Rule of Law Pavel Kochetkov said that the collars humiliate human dignity, limit freedom and are considered an infringement on people’s privacy. Kochetkov said that several controllers applied to the Bureau’s branch. They do not wanted to wear the devices that allow the managers to track their movements during the day. The people were scared to provide a picture of a conductor in the collar because of the fear of being fired. The human right defender has already complained to the city prosecutors about the company’s abuse of power.
