Legendary tennis professional will share her skills in Kazakhstan

Prominent Swiss tennis professional Martina Hingis will come to Kazakhstan on October 1-2 this year, Tengrinews.kz reports, citing Kazakhstan Tennis Federation’s press-service. The world-class tennis professional will conduct master-classes for young tennis players in Astana and Almaty during her visit to Kazakhstan, the press-release reads. Kazakhstan Tennis Federation arranges the visit of legendary athlete to promote and develop children’s tennis in Kazakhstan. Martina Hingis is a famous Swiss tennis professional who was the World No 1 in 1997, 1999 and 2000. She won five Grand Slam singles titles (three Australian Opens, one Wimbledon and one US Open). She also won one Grand Slam mixed doubles in 1998.
