Kazakhstan Olympic team ranked 8th by medal count

Kazakhstan national team lost 1 line and is ranked 8th by medal count after the third day of London Olympics-2012, Vesti.kz reports. Kazakhstan team still has two gold medals gained by cyclist Aleksandre Vinokourov and weight-lifter Zulfiya Chinshanlo. Six Kazakhstan Olympic sportsmen performed on the third day of the Games. Only one of them won: boxer Ilyas Suleimenov defeated Swedish Salomo Ntuve. Suleimenov's next fight will be against British Andrew Selby on Friday. Tennis players Yaroslava Shvedova and Galina Voskoboyeva (doubles), archers Denis Gankin and Anastassiya Bannova, judoka Rinat Ibragimov lost their matches. China remains the leader of the Games by medal count (9 gold medals), followed by the United States (5 gold medals) and France (3 gold medals). Russia has gone up to the 7th line thanks to the gold medal of judoka Mansur Issayev.
