Beijing Guoan FC offers the Head Coach of Kazakhstan's Astana FC Stanimir Stoilov a 5 million contract, Tengrinews reports citing Vesti.kz.
The Chinese football club has already made the offer to Stoilov whose contract with Astana ends this December. Stoilov’s hiring is top priority for the club.
Stoilov became the Head Coach of Astana in summer 2014. The football club led by the Bulgarian coach became the Champion of Kazakhstan, the winner of Super Cup and made it into the Champions League. According to Bulgarian media, the coach earns around $1 million. Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Astana FC Darkhan Kaletov said in an interview to Sport-Express that Stoilov’s salary was “over $400 thousand but much lower than $1 million”.
Beijing Guoan FC is a professional club participating in the Chinese Super League and is one of the top tier teams in the country.
